Ordinary page visits are delivered through Cloudflare. Its infrastructure may process request information such as an IP address, browser details, and security signals.

If you start the website agent or audit, the site creates a verified session and records the source page, country supplied by Cloudflare, and a cryptographic hash of the browser user-agent. The lead database does not store your raw IP address.

Messages sent to Scout or the audit are processed to produce a response. If you request a handoff in Scout or submit the contact form, I may store your name, email or phone number, company, role, project summary, timing, and budget context.

Contact details are stored only after you explicitly ask Scout to connect you with me, or tick the consent box and submit the form. Please do not send credentials, private source code, health information, or other sensitive personal data.

I use it to understand your technical situation, provide the requested AI response, decide whether I am a useful fit, reply to you, protect the service from abuse, and maintain an evidence trail for submitted enquiries.

I do not sell personal information or use it for behavioural advertising.

The website agent, audit, search index, database, visitor verification, and email delivery run on Cloudflare services. Information you submit may be processed by Cloudflare to provide those functions.

If you choose LinkedIn, GitHub, WhatsApp, or an email client, that service handles your activity under its own privacy terms.

After visitor verification, the site sets a secure, HTTP-only session cookie so your conversation belongs to your browser session. A contact draft may be kept temporarily in session storage in your browser until you submit it or close the tab. These are strictly necessary and are not used for advertising.

Any optional measurement runs only with your consent. On your first visit the site asks you to accept or decline non-essential purposes, and nothing optional loads until you choose. You can change your choice anytime from the Cookie preferences control in the site footer.

Visitor session records carry a 30-day review marker, and contact details submitted with consent carry a 180-day review marker. These markers do not trigger automatic scheduled deletion.

Limited security, delivery, or backup records may remain longer where they are reasonably needed for reliability, abuse prevention, or a legal obligation.

You can browse the public pages without using the AI tools or sending contact details. You can also ask me to provide, correct, or delete personal information connected to an enquiry.
